We are seeking a tech-savvy Network Operations help desk technician to be responsible for providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, and software. As a help desk technician, you are responsible for responding to email, chat, or phone queries and offering technical support to customers using computer systems, hardware, and software.
This 12-month contract role (with the option to extend) is located onsite/in the office in Golden, CO, and will require flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed. This role will pay between $22-$30 per hour (depending on experience). Some shifts can be 4 days per week working 10-hour shifts and some shifts can be 8 hours per day at 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).
