We are hiring a Network Partnerships Specialist to be a pivotal member of our Networks team. You will report to our Head of Network Partnerships, and will have significant interaction across all levels of our sales, account management, and actuarial teams. You will be responsible for developing and sharing deep subject-matter expertise on network partner capabilities, and collaborating with our network partners throughout our sales and renewal process. In addition, you will serve a key role in integrating those capabilities into the greater Collective Health offering. You naturally work well cross-functionally and get motivated to develop efficient processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our network partners and how they interact with broader Collective Health product and service offerings:
Identify and report on trends in network partner capabilities, in support of our broader Commercial strategy
Develop perspectives on how Collective Health can better collaborate with network partners to craft a better member and employer experience
Work with our Business Development, Product, and Operations teams to design new joint product offerings
Be the “voice of the partner” during sales and client renewals:
Appropriately position network partners including core services offered as well as potential beneficial solutions that clients may consider
Document and communicate partner capabilities to relevant groups (Sales Leadership, Solutions Consultants, Client Success, Product Partnerships)
Manage an efficient, scalable process for soliciting network partner proposals during the Collective Health sales process
Develop relationships within our network partners’ sales organizations; leverage these relationships to better understand how our network partners operate, and facilitate more efficient, productive collaboration
Collaborate with Operations (Partner Operations, Client Operations) to ensure information gathered during the sales process is translated into client implementations
Bachelor's degree required
At least 1-3 years of management, benefits or healthcare consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both within Collective Health and externally
Excitement about the details
