Become a product expert in the groundbreaking iMotions Biometric Research PlatformActively drive presales activities with prospective clients in the academic and commercial sectors via web screen-sharing and in-person meetingsAssist clients in post-sales training and education sessions via web conferencing or in-person meetings at the clients’ labRun workshops at client locations for best practices education and setting up methodologies Identify, specify and solve any problems and issues brought up by clients and empower them to accomplish their research goalsBe part of shaping the product by internalizing product requests and customer feedbackWorking closely and collaboratively with a dedicated global iMotions team comprised of multidisciplinary and international experts.
Required Skills and Experience
Past experience working with and analyzing data from biometric sensors such as eye tracking, EEG, ECG, EMG, GSR, facial expression analysis or similar technologiesYou are passionate about psychophysiological soft-/hardware and statistics, and would like to utilize your expertise in contact with customersYou have a Master's or Ph.D. in psychology, neuroscience, bioengineering, neuro-marketing or comparable areas.You are excited about working for a small company where you can have substantial impact on customer acquisition and satisfaction as well as company growthYou are professional, client-driven, open-minded, proactive, and energized by working in a hectic entrepreneurial environment where you have the opportunity to have impact core business priorities.
