New Business Account Executive

About the job:

This individual will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business in the UK by acquiring new business from specific vertical markets, while also nurturing and developing relationships with existing accounts to drive additional use cases.


  • Manage selling process for your own prospects and pipeline based on our sales model.
  • Manage your own funnel of opportunities to progress them through the sales cycle and provide accurate reporting and forecasting based on results at each stage.
  • Provide feedback on qualifying criteria and sales assets to help identify ways to reduce required resources to drive sales cycles.
  • Assist marketing to create sales assets such as blogs, presentations, webinars, references, case studies etc.
  • As a customer advocate, remain engaged through customer success, referencability, upsell and cross sell.
  • Support sales programs as required to drive pipeline and sales.
  • 5+ years of selling experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or web services.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota.
  • Success selling to leading customers that trust and respect you.
  • Comfortable selling to developers and technical buyers within online services and enterprises.
  • A degree or equivalent experience.
  • Hands on, high energy, passionate, know how to get things done.
  • Awesome communicator and presenter.

Bonus points:

  • Early stage start-up experience.
  • Understanding of the telecoms sector.
