North America Marketing Manager

About the Role:

As AdRoll's North American Marketing Manager, you will own the development of our events and direct mail strategy which will drive lead generation, engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately conversion. 

Reporting to the Head of North America Marketing, you will contribute to our seasonal campaign goals as well as support our content, PR, and sales efforts. You will also mentor and have the support of our Marketing Coordinator-- who's skills are a shared resource across the North America Segment Marketing Team.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategy, Planning, & Goal Setting:

  • Build and drive the events and direct mail strategy, ensuring program goals align with both sales & marketing priorities

  • Meet with sales leadership to solicit insights and ultimately secure program buy-in

  • Draft quarterly and annual budgets for events and direct mail

  • Identify KPIs across all campaign initiatives with all relevant marketing programs and channels

  • Work with other members of the greater marketing team, including creative, content, and PMM to determine creative direction, messaging, and collateral for campaign strategy along with setting shared campaign goals

 

Execution:

  • On-site execution of AdRoll’s presence at conferences along with both AdRoll-hosted and partner-hosted field events

  • Manage all vendor logistics for events and direct mail

  • Manage the production of supporting program elements, including: event landing pages, promotional emails, social media posts, follow-up direct mail, etc.

  • Communicate early and often with the Sales team to ensure that all events & direct mail plans are understood and that lead follow-up occurs in a timely manner

  • Own the team's Accounts Payable processes, ensuring the timely payment and tracking of all vendor invoices

  • Track campaign budgets in real time, providing actualized monthly totals

 

Program Measurement:

  • Collaborate with marketing analytics, revenue operations, and lifecycle marketing on program initiatives to measure and optimize performance against goals

  • Schedule and lead meetings to ensure all contributors (designers, content producers, etc.) are tracking to specific deadlines throughout program planning and execution

  • Use campaign performance metrics to drive feedback and fine-tune processes

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ yrs of B2B marketing experience including working with a large sales team

  • Proven track record of ROI-positive event and campaign marketing results

  • Immaculate attention to detail with a bias to speed

  • Comfortable setting aggressive KPIs and analyzing data to measure success

  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau a plus

  • People management experience a plus
