The Challenge

Due to rapid growth and increased demand, OneTrust is seeking an Offering Analyst to support strategic initiatives for their recently launched DataGovernance Offering and help cross-functional teams hit their goals. The Offering Analyst is responsible for interacting with customers, analyzing the competitive landscape, and assisting in the preparation of product messaging for sales teams.

Your Mission

  • Coordinate delivery on quarterly goals across a global company.  
  • Support and backfill for Offering Manager coordinating a global virtual team.  
  • Work closely with clients, Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Implementation, Product Managers, Marketing and Senior Management.  
  • Clearly communicate development objectives, needs and status of projects to stakeholders   
  • Develop on-going messaging and communications strategy for customers and partners that differentiates the OneTrust platform   
  • Identify and research industry best-practices for solving specific problems and incorporate your findings into an innovative design that best fits within our solution  
  • Make and support decisions through facts, metrics or thoughtful reasoning when talking with leadership and other stakeholders.   
  • Drive ongoing improvements and efficiencies in product health, operational practices, tools and processes   
  • Act as Domain Expert for the DataGovernance applications to conduct live customer training sessions and provide internal knowledge transfer and support

Your Experience Includes

  • 3-5 years of experience with Direct Sales or Channel Sales or Solutions Engineering or Product Marketing
  • 1+ year in the Data Governance Market
  • Demonstrated business analysis and project management skills  
  • Ability to work independently and function as an integral part of the team  
  • Demonstrated ability to execute, exercise good judgement, prioritize numerous tasks and problem solve under pressure of deadlines and resource constraints   
  • Ability to work with customers (pre- and post-sale) to understand use cases and make recommendations, especially pertaining to implementation plans, timelines and deliverables
