Your daily activities as an Office Administrator will be:

- Administration of office activities;
- Ensuring smooth operation of the office, prompt resolution of issues;
- Office maintenance and provision of stationery and other work tools;
- Ensuring smooth internal communication;
- Contribution to the organization of company events and the implementation of other projects;
- Personnel data administration;
- Performing tasks delegated by the manager, helping colleagues;
- Various information search, systematization, preparation of reports;

- Interesting and responsible work in a company that values the leadership, personality and talents of each employee;

- Freedom to create and implement ideas;
- Motivating, creative and flexible work environment.


You are best for this role if:

- You are studying administration or business management, marketing;

- Fluent in Lithuanian, good in English (written and spoken);

- Has very good computer literacy skills (MS Word, MS Excel);

- Has excellent clerical, organizational and time planning skills, able to allocate priorities;

- You are honest, result-oriented, able to manage stressful situations, hardworking;

- You are able to provide information clearly and coherently both orally and in writing;

- You are proactive, organized and have excellent communication skills.
