We are looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have good written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software

- BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant , or relevant role is preferred
Responsibility
- Handle general administration matters, including deliveries, security, and office facilities.
- Maintenance of office & pantry supplies.
- Maintenance of suppliers.
- Collection, sorting, and distribution of daily mail, including postage.
- Maintenance of office facilities such as desks, chairs, lights, air-conditioning, environment, etc.
- Liaise with the building management office on facilities matters.
- Support new hires, including seat plates, and security cards.
- Provide administrative support to employees/local managers.
- Management of employee and visitor passes.
- Organize/Support company internal events and activities, such as Town Hall Meetings, Company Trips, Xmas, Year-end parties, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
