Office Administrator

We are looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have good written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements and skills

  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • BSc/BA in office administration or a relevant field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant , or relevant role is preferred

Responsibility

  • Handle general administration matters, including deliveries, security, and office facilities.
  • Maintenance of office & pantry supplies.
  • Maintenance of suppliers. 
  • Collection, sorting, and distribution of daily mail, including postage.
  • Maintenance of office facilities such as desks, chairs, lights, air-conditioning, environment, etc.
  • Liaise with the building management office on facilities matters.
  • Support new hires, including seat plates, and security cards.
  • Provide administrative support to employees/local managers.
  • Management of employee and visitor passes.
  • Organize/Support company internal events and activities, such as Town Hall Meetings, Company Trips, Xmas, Year-end parties, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
