With us you will be

  • Be in contact with the external partners, solving issues related to third party-service providers (such as cleaning services, suppliers, landlord, security, parking etc.) and managing related professional services contracts
  • Managing projects: renovations and refurbishments
  • Being responsible for all office related supplies (groceries, office furniture, stationery, branded stationery, flowers/plants, events etc.)
  • Monitoring/balancing/tracking office budgets, ensuring best quality/value suppliers/products are selected
  • Ensuring that all certificates and documentation related to the office and its service providers are up to date
  • Insurance contract management for all insurances, especially of those related to Facility Management objectives;
  • Supervising the work of the facility and office management team
  • Leading and coordinating reception desk related activities
  • Managing and planning the cleaning services with internal and external resources
  • Supporting the management and staff in every type of duties that might appear
  • Reporting weekly to management (procurement, EHS, contracts etc)
  • Ensuring that facilities meet regulations and environmental, health and security standards and they are well maintained
  • Allocating and managing office space
  • Managing relationship and expectations with the building property manager
  • Managing off site properties of the company such as external storage facilities (and real estate?)
  • Oversee and manage company vehicles
  • Respond to emergency situations or other urgent issues involving the facility
  • Any other tasks assigned by the direct line manager or management
