Office Clerk / Admin Assistant

WOW App Inc. is looking for a FULL TIME Office Clerk who will be responsible for performing clerical and administrative duties, and assisting our company executives for our head office in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

  • General administrative and back office tasks such as Office management, Bookkeeping & Payroll, Contact/Records Keeping and Management.
  • Collection & Disbursement: bills, contracts, policies, invoices, or checks.
  • Handle office-wide communications and information dissemination.
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
  • Assist in making travel arrangements for company executives.
  • Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
