Job Description
The Office Coordinator/Administrative Assistant will help coordinate all administrative functions in the office. He/She will provide support to the team for outreach and planning on the sales process. You must have the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.

Examples of challenges you will help with:

  • Execute calendaring and meeting preparation including: creating agendas, preparing and sending materials in advance, creating clear recaps and following up with any materials and action items
  • Make outbound customer calls to potential clients and setup introductory sales meetings
  • Accountable for company credit card receipts, bills and expenses
  • Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, courtesy, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, solutions oriented in the face of problems
  • Demonstrate outstanding pro-active and multi-tasking abilities
  • Acute attention to detail and follow through, highly organized
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
