Founded in March of 2015 , M. Gemi is a line of shoes made the old way, by hand, in Italy, sold the new way: direct to consumer, with new drops of limited edition styles every Monday, at what had previously been historically impossible prices.

The Role

  • Responsible for maintaining and exceeding the expectation for an incredible office experience for our associates and guests
  • Own overall office appearance and maintenance
  • Manage calendars for internal and external events and guests
  • Manage schedule and operations for corporate apartment
  • Coordinate all services and activities with building management, outside vendors, and services
  • Collaborate with Head of People Operations to deliver a first class onboarding and employment experience
  • Partner with Head of People Operations to plan and deploy associate recognition programs and events
  • Own relationship with community development partners
  • Gain an understanding of our business, clients, and our domain allowing you to use your judgment and make autonomous decisions

  • Ability to prioritize and organize action items that are expected and handle the unexpected
  • Great attention to detail
  • Understand how to solve problems immediately and then build a long term solution
  • Keen awareness of hospitality and anticipation of needs
  • Ability to plan and execute independently
  • Have a strong focus on quality and a desire to get things done in the best possible way
  • You’re interested in the transparency behind  brands and the opportunity to innovate in consumer industries that are ripe for disruption
