Position Overview

We are looking for an Office Manager to support our growing company and keep our busy office running smoothly. As a key member of our expanding Operations Team, you will be heavily involved in supporting the development of a dynamic, fast moving organization. You will join an incredibly driven group of people working together with common purpose.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a productive and comfortable workplace
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, AP/AR support, preparing shipments, receiving deliveries, purchasing supplies and meals
  • Plan company events and activities and support creative ways to bring the team together
  • Support office moves, expansions and relocations
  • Support the wider Operations team as needed
  • Manage vendors across a broad range of goods and services that support a busy business
  • Welcome visitors and ensure their positive experience of our office environment
  • Participate in the hiring of new team members through interview coordination and new hire onboarding
  • Become the go-to expert on office policies, procedures and organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6+ years of work experience in an administrative role, preferably in a growing start-up environment
  • Meticulous, organized and responsive
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Maturity to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Desire to take initiative, take the lead and get things done
  • Comfort with and ability to learn new technology
  • Humility and willingness to learn from mistakes
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
