Office Manager

We are looking for an Office Manager to coordinate office administration in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and provide the best possible working environment for our team.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks and be proactive as to the needs of the team. This person must be exceedingly well organised, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a team of diverse people scattered around the world.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the point person for office management duties including maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, bills, and errands
  • Assist with office operations and procedures
  • Organise internal events and happenings
  • Provide travel arrangement support to the team
  • Coordinate with IT support about office equipment
  • Manage relationships with landlords, cleaners, office vendors and service providers
  • Manage office G&A budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Organise and support meetings
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Assist with HR administration duties
