Get ready to unleash your inner fun genius! We're looking for an Office Manager to play a pivotal role in launching our brand new office in WeWork - Escazu Village. Are you ready to transform our office into a place of joy, laughter, and productivity? This job is for you!


  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for lunches, beverages, snacks, and office supplies.
  • Manage incoming mail and packages, conference room reservations, and shipping.
  • Provide executive support like calendar management (as needed), planning meetings, and other ad hoc organizational projects.
  • Act as main point of contact for building management, managing building ticketing request system.
  • Ensure that all office spaces and common areas are organized, effective, and productive.
  • Ability to drive and own logistics of restructuring, revamping, or building out of office spaces.
  • Plan events and other in-house fun to promote a positive company culture.
  • Cultivate a dynamic and spirited team by finding innovative solutions to promote comfort within the workplace.
  • Own and elevate the new hire experience by helping team members get acquainted and filling in any gaps.
  • Collaborate with HR & IT for office best practices and success.
  • Other administrative duties as needed.


  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in travel/expense tools & and procurement tools
  • Familiarity with human resources sprocesses and procedures.
