Job Summary

TaskUs has expanded its global presence and packaged the best of its core capabilities into a convenient onshore option in San Antonio, Texas. This domestic presence enables clients to leverage the incredible talent pools of local universities, convey a strong cultural fit between end-users and employees and deliver white-glove customer experiences. We are looking for a responsible and customer service driven Office Manager to oversee the daily people operations in our San Antonio office. Must be energetic, friendly, and impeccably organized. 



  • Will greet all guests and provide a secure entrance by verifying visitors & signing for deliveries
  • Manage all vendor relationships for supplies, food, internet, and swag
  • Maintain technology and conference tools and make sure everything is always in working order and set up in advance of meetings
  • Assist in developing employee rewards programs and recognition for goal achievement
  • Assist in planning office events
  • Assists site leadership in recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Provide white glove customer service at all times to all employees, clients, and guests

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • 3-5 years prior administrative experience, HR experience preferred.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Open availability preferred- we are open 24/7.
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Bilingual preferred.
