Our Customer Success consultants look after international portfolios of shift-based businesses, ensuring that Planday customers have the support they need to make their scheduling and HR management processes simpler and more efficient.

You are our ideal onboarding consultant if you are eager to help people around you. You see solutions instead of problems, and ideally you have worked in a high-paced customer service or IT support role before.
It is a plus if you have experience using Planday from a previous workplace; or if you have working knowledge of HR systems, payroll systems and/or working time rules.
In this role you will take responsibility for onboarding Swedish customers and sometimes Norwegian customers, working as part of a fantastic global team to help our customers succeed with their new subscription to Planday.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you like to have several projects going at the same time and if you enjoy creating good customer relationships.
Our Norway office is located in Oslo city center. We order lunch every day from different local restaurants and have snacks available in our kitchen!
