VimpelCom is growing, and we are looking to hire a Onboarding manager who would support this growth from the Talent Acquisition perspective.
The Onboarding manager will be responsible for building from scratch and managing the long-term onboarding processes around the Group. Vimpelcom Onboarding team will focused on delivering a hiring, WOW effect during hiring and probation period, experience for our newcomers. Onboarding team will be responsible for developing and implementation all processes and standards for candidates and new hire’s experience. Onboarding team will be the first point of contact for a new hire and the hiring manager from point an offer is accepted through their first week in Vimpelcom OpCos. The Onboarding manager and his / her team are responsible for preparing the new hire for their Vimpelcom career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at Vimpelcom on day 1. The onboarding team will also support them through their first weeks while ensuring the manager is prepared to receive their newest Vimpelcomer.
