The On-Site Representative will be responsible for the local liaison role between AJW and easyJet, acting as the first point of contact for any escalations covering all aspects of the supply chain from Planning Maintenance control, Fleet Technical Management, and Supply Chain.


The role will provide expert advice to both organizations; managing and reporting on KPIs across AOG, MRO, Procurement, and operations, providing AJW direction and guidance on repairable spend activity including improvements to Component reliability and warranty, inventory levels, and optimizing performance to improve operational performance and efficiency.


The role is based in easyJet HQ, Luton but will necessitate 1-2 days per week working in AJW HQ, Slinfold or working from home.  


What you’ll be doing

  • Represent AJW in easyJet HQ, Luton for all day-to-day engineering and maintenance matters including Component repairs and related warranties.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure vendor SPTs achieve their KPIs.
  • Work closely easyJet MOC management and the second onsite rep to ensure that AJW reporting and support are coherent and consistent across E&M and MOC departments.
  • Oversee the review and implementation of all proposed SBs to ensure that easyJet maximises benefit from all modification programmes.
  • Review Inventory levels and work with the AJW BI team to develop the inventory modeling tools
  • Ensure AJW MRO alignment and rapid response to all easyJet repair and related warranty issues.
  • Identify and where applicable implement process enhancements that drive change and improve service levels across both organisations.
  • Analyse defect reports to determine root causes, review outcomes, identify trends and implement corrective actions.
