The On-Site Representative will be responsible for the local liaison role between AJW and easyJet, acting as the first point of contact for any escalations covering all aspects of the supply chain from Planning Maintenance control, Fleet Technical Management, and Supply Chain.
The role will provide expert advice to both organizations; managing and reporting on KPIs across AOG, MRO, Procurement, and operations, providing AJW direction and guidance on repairable spend activity including improvements to Component reliability and warranty, inventory levels, and optimizing performance to improve operational performance and efficiency.
The role is based in easyJet HQ, Luton but will necessitate 1-2 days per week working in AJW HQ, Slinfold or working from home.
What you’ll be doing
- Represent AJW in easyJet HQ, Luton for all day-to-day engineering and maintenance matters including Component repairs and related warranties.
- Serve as the primary point of contact within EasyJet's organization for all service-related issues.
- Liaise with internal A J Walter Aviation Ltd departments to ensure EasyJet receives top-tier service.
- Proactively engage with relevant departments to ensure all contractual obligations are met, guaranteeing EasyJet satisfaction and contract performance.
- Collaborate with easyJet teams, including line and base maintenance, logistics, and management, to ensure their compliance with contractual agreements and minimize additional charges
- Define, manage, and monitor operational KPIs to ensure both A J Walter Aviation Ltd and easyJet are meeting contractual service levels.
- Use KPIs to drive performance and improvements within the PBH (Power-by-the-Hour) and Customer Service teams, supporting easyJet's operational goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through innovation, research, and learning, both within easyJet and the A J Walter Aviation Ltd team.
- Maintain high-quality service for both internal and external stakeholders by establishing clear communication and strong working relationships.
- Support the coordination and successful delivery of easyJet's pre-load spares requirements.
- Assist the AJW Accounts Department to ensure easyJet meets its payment obligations.
- Contribute to the development of fellow on-site liaison officers through knowledge sharing and skill development.
