Vidyard is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be on the front lines of our sales process responsible for strategically sourcing (outbound) and qualifying sales opportunities.

As a BDR, you will be working with Senior Account Executives to strategically target key accounts as well as researching/developing accounts on your own to prospect into (outbound via video, email, phone, & social). You will be conducting high level conversations with Sales and Marketing Executives to drive new business and achieve your monthly quota of sales qualified opportunities.    

We want you to grow and succeed with us! You will receive continued extensive sales training to prepare you to grow within our sales organization.

To be an effective team member, you are:

  • Excited to hunt for new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Able to strategically research and develop accounts for prospecting.
  • Comfortable cold calling.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera.
  • Excited to thrive in a fast paced environment, developing the role as things change with the business.

It is a plus if you have experience:

  • Building consultative relationships with Marketing & Sales leaders.
  • B2B account prospecting.
  • Working with sales technologies, ideally Salesforce and SalesLoft.
  • Qualifying the wants/needs of an organization.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly activity goals.
