Operation Support Specialist

We are in an exciting phase of rapid-growth and looking for an Operation Support Specialist to help drive our daily operations as we expand into Turkey.

As the Operation Support Specialist, you will report into the Senior Director of Operations and serve as the primary point of contact in Turkey as we open our new, physical office in Teknopark Istanbul. You will support all office opening logistics, providing local knowledge and partnering closely with Acronis Procurement, IT, HR, finance and leadership teams. You will help secure external vendors and work closely with our relocation partners to support temporary housing for relocated Acronis employees and all other operational ad-hoc logistics.

  • Own all facilities and ad-hoc logistics required for opening a new office from start to finish in Istanbul, Turkey
  • Serve as point of contact for building management on all operational inquiries and projects
  • Partner closely with global internal Acronis teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth and successful opening for our employees
  • Work with external relocation partners and help coordinate temporary housing including changes and inventory


  • Previous experience opening/relocating a new office and owning all logistics/coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
  • Team-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Business level English in order to collaborate with Acronis employees globally
  • Ability to work remote followed by on-site/hybrid working after physical office is open
