Operations Analyst I

How will this role have an impact?  

This position will report into the Manager, Operations Analysis.

You will be part of the operations team in support of our Home and Community Care organization. The operations support team is responsible for ongoing analysis and interpretation of data from a variety of sources to continuously identify, recommend, and assist in the implementation of operational improvements in order to fill provider capacity and meet client goals.

This role coordinates across all parts of the organization, including Member Outreach, Technology and Product on individual assignments and team activities. You’ll require a high level of adaptability to pilot new intra-organizational processes and utilize tools to optimize the impact we make to the Clients and Members we serve.

The position requires strong attention to detail, robust critical thinking skills, strong organizational skills, and high proficiency with analytical tools (G-Suite, Excel, Tableau, etc.), strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.

What will you do?

  • Develop short and long-term data-driven production forecasts to maximize Client acceptance opportunity.
  • Constantly communicate with Production Management Team to meet daily capacity fill goals and long-term strategic Client goals.
  • Lead demand planning, supply planning, and forecasting for assigned capacity regions.
  • Install processes and standard operating procedures behind Production capacity platform utilization
  • Evaluate targeted member lists and volumes to maximize provider utilization, assign strategic geographical provider locations, and drive operations volume allocation.
  • Develop, maintain, and evaluate operational reports as requested by Operations leadership.
  • Contribute regularly to planning meetings with the Manager of Operations Analysis and Operations stakeholders
  • Utilize geographical routing analysis techniques to provide regional opportunities and isolate capacity allocation gaps to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate across multi-functional areas of the organization, including but not limited to: Production, Member Engagement, Technology, Network Services, Client Success, and Clinical Services to meet time intensive goals.
  • Communicate key insights and findings to Operations team leadership, including problem identification, process improvement, and systems inefficiencies.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Information Technology, Logistics or other related field or equivalent professional experience/education
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful relevant work experience, preferably planning, forecasting, capacity management, productivity optimization, or logistics management.
  • An ability to identify trends and data patterns and to make recommendations, accordingly.
  • Demonstrated operations performance evaluation via analytical methodology.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite; especially Microsoft Excel and overall strong application adaptability.
  • A team-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive under pressure

Working Conditions:

  • Requires weekend availability (25%).
  • Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer.
  • Work effectively with frequent interruptions.
  • May require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
