Q is growing quickly and is looking for an Operations Associate  to join our team here at HQ to continue growing Q’s maintenance business across all cities (New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and San Francisco). As an Associate in our HQ team, you will be working to support, refine, and scale our fulfillment operations on a national scale. Q’s Maintenance vertical connects office managers with any of their needs outside of core cleaning; including office help, carpentry, plumbing, furniture assembly, and other smart office maintenance needs. Additionally, you will work closely with our team of Project Managers across all markets to ensure Q continues to deliver a world-class customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full life cycle of a multitude of maintenance projects involving operator scheduling, logistics, project completion and customer service
  • Contribute to product development that will influence all of Q—from quoting, to invoicing, to user experience, you’ll help shape the future of product at Q
  • Seamlessly communicate with our Operators, local partners, and hundreds of clients in all of our markets

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a high­-output, high-­pressure team environment
  • Experience with process improvement and/or systems design
  • Experience working with and around multiple data and systems integrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bonus: Experience working with or managing hourly employees
  • Bonus: Experience in a high growth technology startup or analyst/consulting role
