Operations Business Process Manager

About you

We are looking for a Business Process Manager responsible for incorporating process thinking into the service that Applaudo provides in order that the company's includes a business process improvement approach their strategic direction.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • 7+ years of experience in positions focused on Business Process Management.
  • 7+ years of people management experience (preferably leading engineering and creative teams).
  • Strategic Thinking and proactive attitude
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving and decision-making
  • Firm and grounded experience running successful Business Process implementations.
  • Strong understanding of software development, BPO, service providers, and similar business models.
  • Master’s degree in quality systems or any other similar
  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Align company strategy with process management service, define objectives based on the process management strategy and drive the change process of the client.
  • Design, implement and lead business process area framework in order to provide standardized service to all Applaudo Clients.
  • Evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls business processes, to ensure that outcomes are in harmony with an organization’s strategic goals as required by the client.
  • Assessing process engineers in identifying process inefficiencies, devising process improvement strategies, implementing process enhancements and overseeing their execution
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, train stakeholders in new procedures.
  • Continually evaluate and refine process to redefine process to optimize efficiency and achieved organizational goals.
  • Manage improvement teams and implementation processes by working with Clients and Applaudo teams’ members.
  • Mentor Process engineers in process improvement methodologies, tools and foster their professional development.
  • Drive the adoption of a continuous improvement mindset across departments and levels of the client’s organization.
  • Collaborate with client delivery management areas to align process improvement initiatives with the software development according to client expectations.
  • Monitor and improve efficiencies in the business process delivery area.
