Primary Job Description:

  • Assisting the People Operations Manager with office culture initiatives: planning team building events, recognizing employees, etc.
  • Maintaining a positive office appearance: updating daily conference room schedules, turning on the lights, televisions and music each morning; resetting conference rooms and common spaces as needed; ordering and putting away snack and grocery orders
  • Working with the building to resolve maintenance issues
  • Assisting with clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and mailing
  • Working on ad hoc projects for the Finance, Operations, and Legal team as needed

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Recent college graduate or current student with the ability to work 20-40 hours/week
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;  ability to be professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills; the ability to communicate internally and externally 
  • Basic IT troubleshooting is a plus but not required
