Maple is backed by Greenoaks Capital, Thrive Capital, Primary Venture Partners and David Chang & The Momofuku Restaurant Group as well as other angel and institutional investors. Our investors have backed companies including Instagram, Warby Parker, Harry’s, Spotify, Oscar Health, Instacart, Palantir and Flipkart. Maple has raised $36 million to date.
Maple is looking for an Operations Manager to play a key role in ensuring the company runs like a well-oiled machine. The right person is excited about a blend of strategic thinking around process and operational design and the opportunity to jump in the trenches and learn by operating on the front lines. Maple is an operationally intense business so a number of Operations Manager roles exists that span active daily operations oversight and management to process design and continuous improvement efforts. In all Operations Manager roles we're looking for people who are actively seeking hands on positions and are looking to be part of the central operations that truly make the business run on a day-to-day basis. Operations Managers may dive deep into specific functional areas working closely with functional group leaders or may span multiple functions working across multiple stakeholders to ensure the business is driving forward. The right person is a doer, with great judgment, a great attitude and the ability to consider the macro implications of problems while also drilling into the smallest detail.
This is a rare chance to join a well-funded team with a strong proof of concept and a massive market opportunity early in its life cycle. More important, this is a chance to play a key role in helping to build the next great consumer brand. Operations Managers will be integral in overseeing a core piece of the business that will ultimately have an enormous impact on the success of the company in the short and long-term (plus there’s free food).
