About the position

We’re looking for an Operations Planning & Automation Manager to join our Operations team and to design, improve, and standardize our production system and processes on a national level. You will create, specify and implement innovative processes as well as automation solutions and support the national roll-out to our operations at our production centres across the country. You will be working with the local production, supply chain and operation teams in a broad range of projects on an national level transforming our production and processes.

  • Identify problems in manufacturing and brainstorm continuous improvement strategies for the production centres
  • Be in charge of developing the operations improvement road map in collaboration with the production centre management teams
  • Share and exchange operational best practices with the teams at our various facilities
  • Develop and administer operational procedures for all production and supporting processes
  • Be responsible for achieving all operational goals
  • Drive strategic planning and forecasting
  • Create a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees in the distribution center to: provide feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the ever-changing business and stay focused on the customer experience
  • Drive continuous improvement when it comes to Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery, while growing and expanding capabilities that meet warehouse mandatory requirements
