About the role

At Electromaps, we provide a charge point management software solution as a subscription to charge point owners. In this role, you will work in the Operations department and be responsible for smooth onboarding and support for the customers of Electromaps manager.


You will

  • Coordinate and execute customer onboarding and commissioning processes. This includes setting up customer profiles, technical support for OCPI connections, implementing tariffs, locations etc. in order to make chargers available to users
  • Be the point of contact for customers and provide training to use the software
  • Assist on technical support and the deployment of chargers for their users
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity, installation, and software issues
  • Meet SLAs and service standards to ensure our customers are happy

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in customer success preferably in the area of software solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a process-driven mindset
  • Be proactive and take initiative to ensure our customers find the solutions they need
  • Be resourceful- knows where to look for or who to ask to achieve your results or resolve daily issues.
  • Skilled at learning new software tools, Office suite, and web browsers
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment
  • Good interpersonal skills- you can work alone or as part of a team with low supervision
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Accounting and Marketing to deliver the best customer experience
  • Proficient in French and English. Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory.
