As a member of the Operations team, you will have the unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the Neuralink employee experience and will be the ‘go-to person’ for one of the most talented teams in the world.

Job Responsibilities and Description: 

As an Operations Technician, you will be a critical member of the Operations team between two locations. You will support engineers, scientists, and general operations at Neuralink. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and go-getter attitude will enable Neuralink to meet our ambitious timelines and goals.

  • Support all functions of the Operations Team in daily tasks as in ordering items, assembling furniture, breaking down of boxes, and setting up for events, etc.
  • Maintain full inventory of office and janitorial supplies, kitchen items, snacks and beverages, etc.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Responsible for overall cleanliness and organization of all sites, including office spaces, commonly used areas, facility parking lot.
  • Provide extra coverage for Shipping & Receiving and Janitorial oversight when needed.

Key Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years of experience
  • High School or GED diploma
  • Active driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • GSuite and Microsoft experience
  • Janitorial experience
  • Shipping & Receiving experience
  • Basic OSHA knowledge
  • Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Pay Transparency: The following details are for Texas individuals only:

$44,879$55,410 USD
For full-time employees, your compensation package will include two major components: salary and equity. Guidance on salary for this role will be determined according to the level you enter the organization (with the ability to gain more through time as you contribute). 
 
Full-Time Employees are eligible for equity and benefits listed below in addition.
