As an established and valued partner to the business, the People & Organizational Development (OD) Team sits within People Ops and has the unique opportunity to affect change throughout the organization. We are passionate about helping our team members be the absolute best they can be. What drives us? As the Organizational Development Intern at OnDeck, you will:

  • Help generate content, design, and implement new in-house learning modules to use for both Managers and Individual Contributors
  • Conduct research and analyses to support OnDeck Team Member development, company-wide culture initiatives, employment branding and assist in execution
  • Support the full-cycle build, execution and reporting of the company-wide culture and engagement survey
  • Assist with large-scale strategic projects related to talent management and OnDeck culture which include: performance management, talent reviews, 360 feedback, new hire onboarding, team member experience and engagement

 

Qualifications for success:

  • You are a fast learner and excel at information processing and comprehension
  • You have a can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills: written, interpersonal, presentation
  • You work well under pressure while observing high quality standards
  • You have a sense of curiosity and inquiry for problem solving: the ability to ask “good questions” to deepen the level of understanding and critical thinking when solving complex problems
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • MA/MBA/MS preferred in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Behavior/Psychology, Organizational Development/Effectiveness or related field
