As a critical early-stage hire in a dynamic startup, you will join a team of professionals focused on scaling and growing customer base and business, and will have the opportunity to influence the approach and strategic direction.

Candidates must be self-motivated individuals with a competitive attitude who love working with a passionate team, solving problems for customers, working with brand new software, and continually improving company processes and culture. You must have previous experience learning on your own, as well as accessing knowledge from others, an ability to thrive in unknown territory, and a desire to contribute.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain contact data in Salesforce.
  • Schedule intro calls and demos with prospects.
  • Make recommendations and improvements to the prospecting customer acquisition process.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly prospecting goals.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • At least 1-3 years experience required in a indirect sales role
  • Experience prospecting  enterprise software and or SAAS solutions in complex environments
  • Proven record of establishing and building successful C level relationships
  • Proven consultative selling skills with the ability to manage relationships with multiple account executives
  • The ability to present highly complex technical and business concepts to all levels of an organization
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com
  • Desire to work at a fast-paced start-up.
  • Experience in a quota carrying insides sales position is preferred but not necessary for consideration.
  • Ability to handle follow-up communications with multiple prospective customers simultaneously.
  • Excellent cold calling and emailing abilities.
  • Interest in learning about our client's market and the enterprise sales process.
  • Ability to work with remote team members via tools such as VoIP, chat, and Google hangouts.
  • General tech and internet savvy.
