We are looking for a full-time PA to work with a busy family to help to manage their personal, housing and business-related projects across their London and Oxfordshire country properties. You will be extremely organised, have the ability to manage multitasks at any one time, superb interpersonal and communications skills as well as a positive and professional attitude. In addition to this you must be self-motivated, flexible, hard-working with strong IT skills and be able to confidently manage their own workload, manage suppliers, external parties etc.
The ideal person will have property and event management skills along with relevant PA/administrative skills. You will be required to manage properties and the maintenance and running of them; therefore needs to be very practical. You don't need to have been a household PA but something with transferable skills, be self-sufficient and able to prioritise well, have a real muck-in/get things done attitude. We are looking for someone who comes with strong references and have a full and clean UK driving licence with own vehicle.
