Paid Marketing Manager

The opportunity

Are you a PPC executive looking to take on more responsibility and gain more experience in other paid channels? Then this is a rare opportunity to jump in with an up-and-coming company at an early stage and help drive our global customer acquisition strategy. We’re looking for someone with solid paid search experience, who thinks both analytically and creatively. In the role you will be supported by an amazingly talented and highly ambitious marketing team to help drive customer acquisition through our key digital channels, with a mix of direct response and lead generation.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning the day to day management of our large Google/Bing paid search accounts for our core crafts
  • Optimisation of paid search through keyword research, ad copy testing and campaign expansion
  • Working closely on strategy with Head of Acquisition and Head of Performance
  • Building out search performance reports to help identify opportunities and trends
  • Keyword research to identify and prioritise new opportunities
  • Executing lead gen campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
  • Working with designers to help brief, create and test creatives for social
  • Performance analysis and optimising lead gen campaigns to target KPIs
  • Working closely with our Brand and Content team to ensure alignment across organic and paid marketing activity


Who you are


  • You’ve spent 2+ years managing paid search campaigns on Google and Bing, ideally for a high growth e-commerce company
  • You love a good KPI and have a results focused mindset
  • You are a real self-starter happy to work on your own steam
  • You have a good working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, RJ Metrics, Mixpanel or Amplitude 
  • You are a stickler for detail with a sharp, analytical mind 
  • A risk taker with the initiative to drive results
  • You are a spreadsheet whizz kid in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Creative flair and an affinity with our customer
