Festicket is looking to offer the role of Paid Social manager to a passionate Digital marketer who’s a creative thinker, analytical, obsessed by live music and travel, and gets excited by dealing with the world’s coolest festivals and exciting brands.

As the Paid social manager you will be involved in all performance marketing Social channels with a main focus on our Facebook paid advertising …. Reporting directly to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will ensure the growth, performance and incremental improvement of your campaigns.


  • Manage the strategy and setup of paid campaigns from conception to execution
  • Implement multiple A/B testing at scale
  • Work to adequately measure and optimise campaigns performances whilst also establishing benchmarks and recommending improvements for future social media campaigns and channels development.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, new features, channels and strategies
