The Role

As the paid social specialist you will run high profile and complex campaigns across a number of channels, but mainly focussing on Facebook, Google AdWords and Instagram. You will be responsible for the strategy, implementation, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting of all paid advertising.

Social media's ability to target customers, create compelling and engaging ads and deliver outstanding performance demands detail oriented, strategic and creative thinkers with a drive to be impactful.

A passion and interest in the ever-changing world of paid social advertising is a must as we strive to be at the forefront of the latest techniques and opportunities.


Areas of responsibility:

  • Plan and execute paid social campaigns to meet business growth targets
  • Articulate strategy to implement campaigns and optimise performance
  • Handling the day-to-day bid strategy, campaign optimisations, and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies for both organic and paid social media



  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years of experience planning, buying and monitoring paid campaigns
  • Power Editor superstar
  • Evidence of using paid advertising to meet business growth targets
  • At the forefront of the latest social techniques and trends
  • Happy to multi-task with the ability to prioritise effectively

Compensation Guidance:

The starting salary is £30k and it will be dependant on experience. Your salary will be determined by peer review.

We also offer stock options and other benefits for qualified candidates. 

This is a full-time job based at our head office on the 7th floor at 1 Commodity Quay, St Katharine Docks, London, E1W 1AZ.
