Monstarlab Prague is one of the newest addition to our European office network, established with a dedication to creating new services for the agency and a vision to become one of the most important players in the field of advanced digital products and innovation projects in the Czech Republic.

We are looking for a motivated and talented Paralegal/ Compliance Intern, who will be cooperating with our GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) Team based in Prague, and also with colleagues across multiple regions (EU, Americas, Middle East).

We are looking for a Law study student who will work at least 2 days per week and we support a hybrid style of working - in our nice office close to Prague city center or home office. You will be - ideally - based in Prague, but it is not a must.

What you’ll do:

• Support to the commercial contract management team

• Revision of simple commercial contracts - MSA, SOW, NDA, DPA, PIA, Outsourcing agreements, others

• Conduct Risk Assessments per contractual risks arising from clients and other 3rd parties agreements

• Support and help in the maintenance of the contract management system

• Establish and enforce the contract management governance to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and other rules

• Support the GRC team with regulatory and compliance matters, mainly data protection policies and regulatory requirements on a global scale

• Support the business with legal and regulatory research to ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements in the business interactions

• Support the business with data privacy laws research on a global scale and implementation and drafting of relevant policies and other documents

• Support internal teams across the whole business and regions with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
