About This Role

MM.LaFleur is redefining "brick and mortar." We are creating a revolutionary experience for our customers who love great style but have minimal time to shop (hence our hashtag, #BetterThingsToDo). Our key differentiator is our hyper-personalized customer service and we want you to be on the ground floor of building that experience.

As a Brand Ambassador working with us at M.M. To Go, you will help build out our first concept store at Brookfield Place. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our brand and eager to create unique customer experiences. You have a relatable attitude and are able to lead customers through our brand story, providing advice and product recommendations tailored to the customer’s needs. 


What will you do?

  • Greet customers and introduce them to MM.LaFleur; set the tone for the rest of their experiences with us and promote exceptional service
  • Become an expert and ambassador for our brand; share product knowledge and styling advice
  • Engage with customers to quickly understand their needs and tailor their experience and your product recommendations accordingly
  • Be a stylist; suggest and style products for your customers
  • Help host events and parties in the space; grow and develop our customer base through one-on-one interactions
  • Check out customers, facilitate returns, and answer customer order questions
  • Support the pop-up management team by communicating customer highlights and feedback
  • Assist with inventory replenishment, restock, and management
  • Maintain presentations and cleanliness at the pop-up space

Who are you?

  • You have an ability to connect, feel empathy for, and interact easily with those around you
  • You're responsible; you show up on time and ask questions when you're unclear
  • You have fashion and retail experience; you may not be a professional stylist, but you like putting things together
  • You're committed to an error-free world (e.g. no tpyos.)
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude! (nothing is above or below you)
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are able to quickly problem-solve
  • Comfortable quickly learning and adapting to technology
  • Prior experience with Magento preferred but not required
  • Able to work for the entire period of the assignment (8/26/2019-12/31/2019)

*Must have open weekend & holiday availability*

Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Time Commitment: 3-4 days a week (20-30 hours/week)
