Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Elemy 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct initial and annual re-assessments of children on caseload
  • Develop treatment plans for the family and insurance companies
  • Provide case supervision while RBTs are present
  • Conduct parent training sessions
  • Complete documentation, provide necessary information, and support procurement of insurance authorizations and ongoing claims submission in a timely manner
  • Provide communication to treatment team and clients in accordance with industry standards
  • Utilize computer access confidentially, appropriately and following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media
  • Collaborate with other service providers
  • Follow company practices and policies for BCBA contractors, including participating in any required trainings
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to changes in schedule and environment

Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired
  • Minimum 3 years experience of ABA
  • Minimum 1 year experience of overseeing and providing feedback and support to behavior technicians (RBT, BT, BI etc.) and writing treatment plans
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Ability to travel as needed
