Role Overview
As the first IT helpdesk professional in our Łódź office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing Łódź office of approximately 70 energetic colleagues. This position requires collaboration with our international IT teams in Copenhagen and Niš, providing a unique opportunity to work in a global setting.
It is an office-based position, therefore we will only talk to candidates who live already or plan to live in Lodz.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist users with account creation in MS Active Directory and manage Google Workspace.
● Oversee CMDB hardware management, ensuring all assets are accurately tracked and maintained.
● Provide support and assistance for meeting room setups, specialising in Google Meet and Yealink systems.
● Help document processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline IT operations.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for IT-related queries in the Łódź office, offering timely and effective solutions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
