About the position:

A Partner Delivery Manager (PDM) is assigned to each Netskope partner in the Netskope Service Delivery Program. The PDM’s focus is to enable and support partners in their delivery of Activation, Adoption and Operationalization services for Netskope products. PDM does not replace Support Team or Channel Team for owning the relationship or providing pre-sales or POC work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage partner Slack channel
  • Provide best practice guidance
  • Weekly cadence call to discuss customers’ health and Support ticket walk-through
  • Keep partner team current on new features
  • Provide details to partner on any customer support issues
  • Value Realization Plan updates for end-customer tracking
  • Feature requests
  • Coaching individual engineers for services work
  • Collaborate on get well plans and at risk customer renewals
  • Solution design guidance
  • Ongoing training for new product and feature releases

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Partner Success Manager/Professional Services
    Consultant/Technical Delivery Manager with a proven track record and demonstrable
    skills at presenting technical information at the business executive level or at the
    architect level
  • Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including but not limited to: Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPN’s, SSO, DLP and Encryption gateways
  • Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration and administration
  • UNIX/Linux and Windows-based systems (prior Active Directory/LDAP experience desirable)
  • MDM, Cloud APIs, Strong Networking concepts
  • Experience with working with a Fortune 500 companies
  • Prior experience in early-stage startups
  • Scripting Language (Perl/Python)
  • HIPAA, PCI, PII, ITAR, GLBA, SOX, etc.
  • Data encryption Technologies
  • SIEM, Load Balancing Technologies
  • Network Architecture Experience

Education:

  • Minimum of 5 years working in a Partner Role, preferably in SAAS and in similar
    capacity.
  • Experience designing Partner Programs and Community and understanding of best
    practices.
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Excellent problem solver via collaboration and running sessions to come up with new,
    innovative ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and presentation skills, including presentation
    creation
  • Ability to evolve existing processes and execute on new strategies
  • Demonstrated experience navigating cross functionally across organization.
  • Highly organized, detail and task oriented
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up.
  • A high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
  • Willingness to listen, learn and incorporate others ideas into all aspects of job.
  • Thrive in high growth, ambiguous environments
  • Comfortable with travel up to 50%
  • BA/BS degree, MBA or Masters degree from a top university a plus
  • Bachelor's degree (BSCS or equivalent)
