We’re looking for a Partner Development Manager to join us in the Berlin, Konstanz, or Austin offices.
Who you are
You are enthusiastic to get started or have a few years of experience in a marketing, partnerships, operations, or sales role at a software or technology services company. You have a passion for making others successful and enthusiastically do the hard work and administration to achieve and track progress. You are both self-motivated and organized in your work. You are comfortable in communicating with a diverse set of audiences including technical/business, internal/external, and at all levels of seniority/experience. You love to coordinate complex projects and are not shy when it comes to motivating diverse teams to make their contributions to keep the project on schedule. You are detail-oriented. You are someone that gets excited about building scalable programs that make an outsized impact.
Excellent English skills - both written and verbal - are critical for this position. Experience in sales or marketing of data science, cloud or other technical products is also a plus. A healthy sense of humor is also always appreciated.
What’s the job
In a nutshell, your role is to coordinate the partner program, partner recruitment, marketing efforts with partners, and reporting on these activities. Also as part of the partner team, your job is to ensure that partners and their customers are happy and successful, that those customers increase their adoption of KNIME over time, and that more and more partners are able to take advantage of what KNIME has to offer in a self-service manner.
Your work in this role will ensure that KNIME is able to attract, enable, and go to market with partners via effective programs. Through your efforts, KNIME partner managers who work one on one with partners will be able to more effectively use their time and partners will have more self-service enrichment options across both sales and technical areas. Your work to support marketing campaigns, channel sales asset creation, and event/content coordination will assist partners to attract and win more business with KNIME.
