The Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchants success, as they are at the core of our marketplace and we need to provide them the best experience from onboarding to growth. As DoorDash expands both in scale and scope of integrated delivery offerings, our technical aptitude must grow with it.

About the Role

DoorDash is looking for an Integrations Senior Specialist who will improve integrations with point-of-sale systems used by our top merchant partners. Externally, you'll serve as the Technical Account Manager representing Integrations at DoorDash. Internally, you'll strategize with our DoorDash teams to build and operate outstanding integrations. You will report into an Integrations Manager on our Partner Integrations team. This team is a part of DoorDash's Merchant Strategy & Operations organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Run the success of our integrations by creating projects across technical teams, vendors, and internal partners
  • Partner with product and engineering to discover and promote opportunities for operational improvement that come from data analysis and merchant insights
  • Resolve daily integration-related blockers
  • Be the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our point-of-sale vendors, leading implementation and process improvement
  • You'll help establish the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners

  • You have Project management experience skills
  • You can interpret complex data and summarize it into insights that improve product prioritization


  • 2+ years of experience leading technology integrations with strategic partners
  • Translate technical concepts to solutions with a basic knowledge of integrations, Point of Sale APIs and Webhook
  • Experience in program management
  • Experience working with engineering and operations teams
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Basic SQL experience
