We are looking for a Partner Manager to help build and maintain relationships with key external partners that are essential to our business, as well as cross-functional internal stakeholders. You will help support negotiations, monitor partner performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strong relationships. 

To deliver a great experience, Varo leverages multiple partner relationships, including: payment networks, platform technology partners, fraud prevention services, digital identity verification, debit and credit services, money movement and more.   • Support contract negotiation with new and existing partners 
  • Maintain close relationship with partners and monitor ongoing performance
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with critical partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and control expenses related to the partner’s services
  • Work with partners to enable new features or enhancements to Varo’s products
  • Establish process and structure to support scale of the business
  • Influence stakeholders cross-functionally, including Product, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to the partner’s services
  • Leverage partner technology or capabilities to deliver innovation in features, experience, or efficiency 


  • 5+ years experience in roles where you have been exposed to a broad range of business disciplines - financial analysis, technology, contract negotiation, development of business cases for new initiatives.  
  • You need to be able to work across many different types of issues with lots of different teams.
  • You may have worked in management consulting, banking, FinTech, business development, relationship management, or product
  • MBA not required but a plus
