FiveStars seeks a Partner Manager who will scale and create processes as we expand key strategic partner relationships nationally. The Partner Manager will set goals for growth, train partner sales reps, create incentive programs to motivate partner sales reps, and create systems/processes to ensure the FiveStars brand is protected. Working closely with our sales, product, and support teams, the Partner Manager will play a critical role in our efforts to triple marketing-driven revenue and significantly increase user engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute training plans for partner sales reps to scale pilot partnerships nationally
  • Conduct in person training for key partner stakeholders and partner reps
  • Develop incentive plans and contests to motivate partner sales reps
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with partner regional leaders
  • Plan events to create symbiotic relationships between FiveStars Loyalty Consultants, CMs, and partner sales reps
  • Work with FiveStars creative services to develop custom partner marketing collateral
  • Analyze and make recommendations on methods to grow revenue from channel partners
  • Synthesize and present learnings from both successful and unsuccessful pilots

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales or channel partner management
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Exceptional track record of driving revenue directly or through partnerships
  • Consultative with strong ability to problem solve with partners to achieve their specific objectives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Willingness to travel on-site to partner locations up to 25% of the time
  • (Internal Transfers)  You must have worked in good standing in your current position for at least 12 months

  • Excel, Powerpoint and Salesforce proficiency
  • SaaS background
