We are seeking a Partner Operations Associate to join our team! This role is an entry level to intermediate position focused on supporting our Partner Success team, responsible for the analysis and reporting of performance of partner operations business, as well as the successful assignment and completion of orders across multiple partner accounts. This position will be based in Los Angeles, CA and is not open for remote work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Meet project deadlines while maintaining top quality service deliveries   Provide support to our field teams working on projects
  • Scheduling, sourcing, and organizing multi device week/month long projects  
  • Analyze key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics
  • Managing and maintaining quality of data, reports and dashboard requests for the Daily Operations team and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor partnership performance across relevant KPIs and conduct deep-dive investigations to understand the “why” behind how metrics are performing
  • Leverage business tools such Kustomer and/or technical add-ons to identify and remove performance barriers
  • Present analyses and lead discussion with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Train others on how to use reports and dashboards

  • Ensure the successful assignment of Technicians to available orders for assigned partnerships
  • Complete ad hoc administrative duties as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the Tech industry
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Mode, etc)
  • Passion for storytelling through data
  • Basic knowledge and experience of computers, phones, tablets, and consumer electronics
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about people and technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, and OneDrive)
  • Ability to to manipulate large data sets and display them in a digestible format for peers and upper management
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • [Nice to Have] Experience with SQL
