Ten is looking for a candidate who is highly motivated and organised to help develop and successfully negotiate a range of partnerships for our Members in the UK and throughout EMEA region. The purpose of these benefits should be to further engage our member base, offering unique opportunities, benefits, offers or an exciting experience.

As a Partnership Manager you will be responsible for driving and developing the partnership proposition throughout the year, ensuring we have a clear strategy for the offers and experiences throughout the year utilising our current supplier base across various industries, identifying relevant brands and retailers, negotiating the best deals, benefits and offers whilst building superb working relationships. To work to and improve our processes in place to efficiently manage and measure the success of the partnerships to constantly innovate, learn, improve and grow

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • Procuring new and exciting offers and experiences across the UK and EMEA
  • To effectively market offers and experiences to Members
  • The ability to work to pre-agreed targets and adjust strategy accordingly to meet targets
  • To monitor performance of offers and experiences and access the suitability of these for the future
  • Spotting opportunity for growth or innovation


For this role you would have ideally need:

  • Previous experience in negotiating, coordinating or managing partnerships
  • Have a natural commercial drive and are keen to develop your sales/negotiation skills
  • To be a natural communicator, networker and team player
  • To be highly organised, detail orientated and can demonstrate your ability to multi-task
  • To have appetite for data and to use this knowledge of driving the strategy forward
