At iwoca, our mission is to help small businesses grow by offering them fast, flexible access to finance. Since launch in 2012, we've already lent over £100M to thousands of SMEs through our award-winning technology platform. We are now looking for a talented Partnerships Manager who can grow the volume of business coming through our partners, such as banks, eCommerce marketplaces and accounting software platforms.

The Partnerships Manager will join our Strategic Partnerships team based in Soho. The team has built strong relationships with our existing partners and this role will focus on developing these relationships further, which is critical to delivering the overall iwoca business vision and strategy.

The role

You will need to develop partnerships further by building trusted relationships with our partners and educating them about the iwoca service and opportunity for their business. Frequent travelling to partner sites within the UK will be required.

You will be:

  • Developing strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets for partnerships
  • Arranging meetings and attending partner events to promote iwoca and educate partner staff about iwoca
  • Managing communications with the partner business and their staff
  • Handling product and customer queries received from partner staff
  • Tracking and managing performance of partnerships
