Payroll Manager

Location: Dublin, Ireland or Prague, Czech Republic
Reporting to: International Payroll Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Leader to join and become a key member of our international
payroll team to provide an accurate and timely payroll service. The role will be responsible for
overseeing the processing of data for international monthly payrolls across multiple international
entities. If you are detail orientated, service driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment this would
be the perfect role for you. 

Requirements
 Preferable to have 10+ years experience in a payroll department
 Recognised Payroll Qualification
 Self-motivated with enthusiasm for change
 Ability to balance multiple request and workloads while prioritizing and meeting key deadlines
 Ability to interact with a diverse group of departments, third parties and subject matter experts
 Ability to own responsibilities and processes
 Experience of managing a team
 Experience of processing EMEA and APAC payrolls

 Experience with ADP, Netsuite, Workday and ServiceNow is desirable
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Intermediate Excel knowledge

Duties, Responsibilities
 Lead a team of 3 Payroll specialists across multiple time zones providing day to day
management along with guidance, coaching and career development
 Work with our third party payroll providers and internal stakeholders to process and support the
monthly payroll for International employees
 Verify data from HR and third party systems
 Ensure payroll is approved in accordance with pre-agreed deadlines
 Responsible for any employee inquiry resolution and follow up utilizing ServiceNow
 Ensure that all payroll processing related controls, corporate policy and statutory requirements
are adhered to
 Participate in the overall co-ordination and development of the payroll services
 Contribute to internal projects as required
 Ensure General Ledger postings accurately reflect monthly payroll and assist with balance sheet
reconciliation queries
 Identify process improvements to ensure payroll meets its performance requirements in an
efficient manner
 Responsibility for answering payroll queries from HR, outsource providers and other third
parties
 Assist with year-end requests from payroll providers and internal teams
 Answer data requests from external and internal auditors
 Provide cover for International payroll manager when required
