We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic People Experience Specialist to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement, managing onboarding processes, facilitating internal communications, and handling critical employee relations matters. This role is key to fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Organize events, team-building activities, and social gatherings to strengthen team cohesion and company culture.
2. Recognition & Rewards:
- Support in developing and managing employee recognition and rewards programs.
- Celebrate employee achievements, milestones, and contributions to foster a culture of appreciation.
- Collaborate with leadership to align recognition programs with company values and goals.
3. Onboarding & Integration:
- Support in developing and managing comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.
- Ensure new employees feel welcomed, supported, and integrated into the company culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to provide necessary resources and information to new hires.
4. Internal Communications:
- Manage internal communication channels to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and important information.
- Help in developing communication strategies to promote transparency and engagement within the organization.
- Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
5. Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and issues, providing support and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Handle critical ER issues with sensitivity and professionalism.
Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee
engagement, onboarding, and employee relations.
